Being a REP goes beyond passing a state test that is comprised of outdated and irrelevant information and paying costly dues to a professional organization. A REP designation lets your clients know you are proficient, dedicated and competent to represent their interests as a seasoned industry professional.

REP Agent Qualifications

A professional designation is only available to real estate professionals who meet the following criteria:

 

  • Agent is a full time Real Estate Professional
  • Production requirement (Revenue and/or transactions)
  • Time in industry – Two year minimum for consideration
  • License in good standing - no ethics violations or legal complications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

What a REP designation is NOT

  • Agent is a full time Real Estate Professional
  • We are not a direct lead source
